Waste receptacle features a side-fill flat top, fire-safe galvanized steel liner with a non-rusting aluminum bottom, and lift out handles for easy removal of garbage bags. Flat top is made from heavy-gauge seamless aluminum with a corrosion-resistant finish. Receptacle has a 19 gallon capacity.
